This policy explains what information Lark & Paddlecollects when you book a court, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and notes.
- Payment proof — the screenshot you upload to confirm payment.
- Verification codes — a temporary code we email to confirm your address is real and yours.
- Technical data — your IP address, used to prevent spam and abusive bookings.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to take and manage your booking: confirming payment, sending you booking emails (received, confirmed, cancelled), verifying your email, and protecting the service from fake or automated bookings. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted service providers to run the app: an email provider to send booking and verification emails, cloud hosting and database services to store your booking, and Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out bots. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for 12 months for operational and accounting purposes. Email verification codes are short-lived and deleted automatically.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at admin@lark-and-paddle.com.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
