Terms of Service

Welcome to Lark & Paddle. By booking a court through this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Bookings

A submitted booking is a request to reserve a court for the time you selected. Your reservation is only confirmed once we review your payment and you receive a confirmation email. Until then, the slot is held but not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is made via the GCash / InstaPay details shown at checkout. You must upload a clear screenshot of your payment as proof. We verify payments manually before confirming. Submitting a false or altered proof of payment will result in cancellation.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your booking start time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Within 24 hours of the start time, bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

We may cancel a booking if payment can't be verified, if the court becomes unavailable, or in case of suspected abuse. If we cancel a confirmed, paid booking, we'll refund it in full.

No-shows & late arrivals

If you don't show up for your booking, it's forfeited with no refund or reschedule. Your court is reserved only for the booked time — arriving late does not extend it.

Acceptable use

Don't make fake or speculative bookings, attempt to disrupt the service, or book on behalf of others without their consent. We may refuse or cancel bookings that violate these terms.

Liability

Use of the courts and facilities is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Lark & Paddle is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facilities, except where caused by our negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
